Returns & Shipping

Return Policy 

We will be gladly accept your return in exchange for STORE CREDIT for up to 7 days. We will not accept any merchandise for return after 7 days. 

All Returns must be unworn with the box included and original packaging. 

Purchases made before Sukkot and Passover are not returnable after.

Sale shoes are final sale.

Orders

You may cancel an order as long as the order has not been shipped otherwise, refer to above policy (Return Policy).

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please email us with your exchange request. Someone will get back to you shortly to confirm.

Late Return

there is a 15$ fee for shoes returned past 7 days. this will automatically be reduced from your store credit. 

shoes returned after 10 days will be placed aside for you to pick up at your own convenience.

Customers are responsible to pay for return shipping label (can be done at your local post office) . A return label is available upon request and cost will be deducted from your credit.
